Refund policy

The following returns and cancellations policies apply to all customers, UK and overseas including the EU.

You may cancel an order at any time before it is fulfilled (dispatched).

I am pleased to accept returns providing you:

• Notify me within 14 days of delivery.
• Ship items back within 14 days of notification.

I do not accept exchanges but please contact me if you have any issues with your order.

Unless your order arrives damaged or defective I do not accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders.
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons such as piercing earrings).

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within two business days.
