Shipping policy

Items are made to order and are dispatched as soon as possible and within one working day unless notified. I endeavour to post all orders received before 2pm on the same day.

Some purchases require signature on delivery. If a tracking barcode is supplied please monitor arrival and be at home or collect from your local depot.

Delivery times are those quoted by couriers and are subject to weather, customs, pandemics, etc., so cannot be guaranteed.

The buyer is responsible for any state import fees and taxes, pre-paid or otherwise. I purchase shipping labels online thereby ensuring the barcode is informative to couriers and customs, and reducing if not nullifying the risk of delay. Its about the barcode data nowadays, not solely what is written on the parcel.
