Necklace in gold vermeil with large cultured freshwater white 'Kasumi' pearl pendant
Necklace in 22 Carat gold vermeil with cultured freshwater natural (not dyed) white baroque round 'Kasumi' pearl (A-AA grade, approximately 14mm long x 10mm wide) charm pendant on rolo chain with spring clasp. Sold separately as a 925 Sterling Silver necklace.
Customers opt for a 16 inch (41cm), 18 inch (46cm) or 20 inch (51cm) chain. Most teenagers and adults wear an 18 inch chain, with under-12s selecting a 16 inch chain.
Known as a 'Kasumi' pearl, this distinctive pearl has been grown in the lakes of South China Sea islands since the famous Japanese Lake Kasumi pearl became extinct in the 1980's.
A-AA grade: very good shape, natural colour and lustre, with thick durable nacre (surface). Please study the photographs; baroque pearls, while often large have a mildly furrowed or 'rippled' surface and are rarely entirely uniform in shape. These characteristics are their charm.
Vermeil is a high quality form of gold plating in which a thick layer of gold (this must be more than 2.5 microns and between 14 Carat and 22 Carat) is coated over 925 Sterling Silver.
Shipped with a certificate of authenticity inside a white luxury handmade paper box wrapped in plain tissue paper. There is no price label inside.
For formal, informal and everyday wear. The perfect anniversary, birthday, Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day or wedding (bridesmaid) gift.
